Craig T. Duckworth graduated from the University of Central Florida in
1976 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with majors in
Finance and Economics. Mr. Duckworth was the president, general manager
and primary review appraiser for Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith and Waller
of South Florida, Inc. until he resigned to form the new corporation in
1995. He completed all the requirements of the Appraisal Institute and
was awarded his MAI designation in August 1983 (Certificate Number 6710).
He was awarded the GAA designation (General Accredited Appraiser,
Certificate Number 351) and the RAA designation (Residential
Accredited Appraiser, Certificate Number 386) by the National
Association of Realtors in January 1995. He is also a State-Certified
General Real Estate Appraiser (State of Florida, Certificate Number
RZ0000188) and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.
Mr. Duckworth has appraised a variety of commercial and
residential properties throughout the State of Florida.

John P. Troyan II graduated from Pennsylvania State University
with a B.S. degree in Real Estate in 1991. Mr. Troyan was employed
as an appraiser by Pardue, Heid Church Smith and Waller of South
Florida Inc. from 1991 though May 1995 and was ultimately promoted
to commercial manager of the Fort Lauderdale office. He resigned to
form the new corporation in May 1995. He completed all the
requirements of the Appraisal Institute and was awarded his MAI
designation (Certificate Number 11,219) in February 1997. He is also
a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (State of Florida
Certificate Number RZ 0002013), and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson
in the State of Florida and has experience in commercial and residential
construction. Mr. Troyan has also had temporary appraisal practice
permits in a number of states.
Mr. Troyan has appraised a variety of commercial and residential
properties throughout the State of Florida and the United States.
